Vlad Plaiasu is the Technical Manager of the Transilvania International Film Festival since 2010, based in Cluj-Napoca. He leads the technical team, overseeing cinema setup and the full film preparation workflow - from encoding to distribution. He holds certifications from Dolby, L-Acoustics L-ISA, and Barco.
