Transilvania Founded in 2002, Transilvania International Film Festival is Romania's leading film festival, welcoming over 100,000 participants at each edition.
Over ten editions, I have worked across four departments of the festival: Industry, Communications, Festival Programme and Guest.

Coordinated the festival's 5-day professional training programme for emerging Romanian cinema managers, developed in partnership with Europa Cinemas.

Parallel project (2019–2025): TIFF Unlimited
Led the communication for TIFF Unlimited, TIFF's VOD platform. Grew its social community from 2.5K to 18K+ followers, helping establish one of Romania's most engaged online communities dedicated to arthouse cinema. During the pandemic, the platform became a key digital extension of the festival, frequently surpassing the main TIFF page in engagement.

Overview
The Gopo Awards are Romania's national film awards, celebrating excellence in filmmaking and recognizing the achievements of the country's film industry.
Role
Social Media Manager
Managed Facebook and Instagram communication, including live event coverage. Designed a new visual system for presenting award categories, creating a clearer and more cohesive social media identity.
Pelicam International Film Festival on Environment and People
2019-2020
Overview
Pelicam International Film Festival was Romania's only international festival dedicated entirely to environmental cinema. Held near the Danube Delta, the festival ran for ten editions (2012–2021), bringing together filmmakers, scientists and environmental voices from around the world.

Cinemobilul
2017-2020
Overview
Cinemobilul is Romania's largest travelling cinema initiative, bringing the big-screen experience to communities without access to a cinema. Each year, the project reaches 65+ towns and villages and welcomes over 55,000 spectators.

Project Development & Communication
Developed funding applications for the National Cultural Fund Administration (AFCN) and the Romanian National Film Centre (CNC), securing national cultural funding for Cinemobilul. Two AFCN applications ranked among the top two highest-scoring proposals in their respective funding calls. Also led media relations, built national media partnerships and contributed to Facebook communication.
